Deborah joined our team in 2011, bringing with her many years of experience as a receptionist. In her spare time, Deborah enjoys playing baseball, hiking, travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

Chantal has been in the automotive industry for 2 years. In 2009 enrolled in the W.I.S.T. (Women In Skilled Trades) program and succeeded in her first year of Automotive Service Technician, developed a passion for learning about the automotive industry. Chantal is married with three children, loves camping, fishing, sports (especially Football), Huge fans of the Hamilton Minor Football Association East Hamilton Stampeders, Stock car racing, top fuel dragsters and music.

Tyler has been in the GM Parts business since 2005 and joined our team in April 2008. He enjoys walking his Lab Sheppard Cross, and is always up to date with modern technology. He is always looking for a cool new gadget!

Brian has been in the GM Parts Business for 30 years. He has been happily married for 37 years and is a father to three children and grandfather to three grandchildren. His hobbies are collecting hockey cards, old coins and stamps.

Michael has 16 years in the automotive industry, starting as a Business Manager in 1995. Michael was promoted to General Sales Manager in 2002 has been representing the best product lineup in GM. He started with our team in 2010. During his off hours you might find Mike behind the BBQ, on the golf course or spending time with his two children. "At our dealership our focus is not on selling cars. It's on gaining customers. We succeed at this by providing our customers with a level of service that is second to none."

Tom has been a member of the Queenston family since 2011.

Tony has worked almost 50 years in the automotive industry, including over 20 years in service as a mechanic and service manager, and 25 years in sales. In that time, he has won many awards for excellence in customer service, from the Hamilton-Burlington Automobile Dealers’ Association and the Sales Marketing Guild of General Motors. His motto is, “I don’t want to sell you a car – I want to help you buy one”.

Chris has been with our team since 2009. Chris was in manufacturing for 8 years, supplying parts for General Motors. Chris finished 2nd in sales and was awarded with an invitation to the annual HBADA sales awards dinner in 2010. For the past 9 years he's played football for the HTFA, while assisting with running and organizing the team. Through his church, Chris helps with fundraisers donating baskets for families in need at Christmas time. He also serves dinners down at Mission Services and does different fundraisers throughout the year. His goal is to make sure every customer knows that he is here for them for the long haul.

Brian has been a member of the Queenston family since 2012, bringing with him over 22 years of experience selling GM vehicles. Brian is dedicated to making his customers experience as enjoyable as possible. His no pressure approach helps you feel at ease and gives you confidence in knowing that you are working with someone who understands your wants and needs. When he isn’t helping his customers, Brian can be found at home with his family, at the beach or at Disney World. Occasionally, he can be found at the golf course…just look for him in the trees.

Greg has been a member of the Queenston family since 2012.

Brian has been in car sales for the last 4 years. With a love for football, Brian played quarterback throughout his High School years until he graduated from Cathedral. Following High School, he played one season at the University of Ottawa and then went on to play for the Hamilton Hurricane's where he won Canadian Rookie of the Year in 2008. In his spare time he enjoys watching the Raptors, Ti-cats and the Buffalo Bills. When it comes to sales, Brian takes a no pressre, customer centric approach to selling vehicles. He loves to eat and believes there is nothing better then a home cooked Italian meal!

Mike moved to Hamilton at age 19 and fell in love with the city. Graduating from Mohawk College with a degree in marketing, he has a passion for customer service and building long lasting customer relationships. Outside of work, Mike is an active hockey player and part time ref. He enjoys travelling and going to see his family in the summers.

Kym has been a part of the Queenston family since 2011. She enjoys vacationing in the warm weather of the Caribbean and camping. Kym has an Alaskan Malamute puppy “Kaya” that loves to take walks and Kym is looking forward to training her to dog sled this winter.

Dave started in the GM Automotive Business in fall of 1978 at Maurice Carter Chevrolet. He eventually moved into the Parts Department and never looked back. Dave joined our team in 1980 and was promoted to Parts Manager in 1983, then Fixed Operations Manager in August 2009. Dave has a wonderful wife and two beautiful daughters. His hobbies are music, electronics, boating, Formula 1 racing and everything automotive.

Janice started working for the dealership in the fall of 1975. After working on the switchboard for 2 years, she began working for the service department. She enjoys camping and vacationing with her husband (the best husband) and her mother (the best mom). She also has a pug, named Sarah (the best dog).

BJ joined our team in the summer of 2001 as a Service Consultant. BJ came to the automotive world from owning his own business in the food industry since 1981. He is happily married and the father of two. BJ’s hobbies are playing and coaching hockey, working around the house and vacationing in warmer climates

Jason joined our team in 2010 as a Service Consultant. He holds a Class “A” Technician License and was recognized by GM as a Saturn Grand Master Technician for two years in a row. Jason has been in the automotive industry since 2004. His hobbies are biking, snowboarding and soccer.

Ron has almost 20 years experience in the automotive industry, as both a parts consultant and a service advisor. He is the proud father of a 10 year old boy, and enjoys watching him play baseball, hockey and competing at karate tournaments. When Ron isn’t working he enjoys coaching baseball, fishing and camping.

Ashley joined our dealership in 2005 as our Service Cashier. She likes cars but prefers trucks; especially off-road 4x4’s and enjoys driving one herself. She likes new technology and the latest features being offered in new vehicles. Ashley enjoys vacationing with her family and friends, as well as playing with her three dogs, one golden and two black labs.

Ron is one of our Service Shuttle drivers and was born and raised here in Hamilton. He is a proud supporter of the Buffalo Sabres, Toronto Blue Jays, Hamilton Tigercats and the Hamilton Bulldogs. Ron is retired from the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board and is married with 2 daughters. He enjoys gardening, golf and baseball trips.

Bob is a long time employee of our company and is currently one of our Service Shuttle drivers. Bob started in 1969 in our Body Shop and has been here the longest of all of our staff at Queenston on the Mountain. Bob is happily married and enjoys hitting a golf ball with his two boys during his off time.
